Delivery fee
The prices not include a delivery fee (shipping cost).
Total price is a sum of the delivery fee and the price of the flowers, flower arrangement,
gift basket or other gifts. All taxes are included in a price.

A flower and gift delivery note
- Our free service include:
Free Translate Message (no more 150 world, free-of-charge translation of your message),
Free one Greeting Card (A card message will be printed on a greeting card and delivered together with an order)
- We recommend placing an order at least 48 hours in advance of requested
delivery date.
- Our courier will call to the recipient using one of the phone numbers given by you
and then at the appointed time comes to the recipient and delivers the flowers
and gifts.
- In the event the recipient's address is incomplete or does not include phone numbers,
we shall generally attempt to contact the recipient via telegram prior to delivery.
In this case we shall ask the further instructions from you.
- In case a recipient is absent at the appointed time and place, a courier leaves
a note to a recipient with the request to receive the order at the local office
of the
Fast Presents.com.
(it is left to a courier's discretion if you have not mentioned another method
of delivery).
- You may mention in the field "Other notes or instructions:" a courier's
action order in case your recipient is absent. Tell us in the field "Other notes or instructions:"
a reserve address in this city where we can deliver an order (relatives, friends, work)
and we will deliver your order to this address.
- Our courier will make every effort to find the recipient, however flowers orders cannot be returned
if the recipient's address is incorrect.
- Please enter all address information and a card messages using "English"
characters only. We will arrange Russian translation for your card message if requested.
