Q. Do you deliver flowers outside of the Ukraine?
A. Yes. You can place online an order to Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
Q. Can a flowers will be delivered the same day when I place the order?
A. Yes. In this case you must pay for flower or gift order by Western Union / Money Gram.
If you want deliver flowers and gifts for 12 hour and less please use
our Customer Service.
We shall answer by e-mail as soon as possible.
Also please consider a difference in time between our time zones.
Q. What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?
A. We ask our customers to give correct a phone number of the recipient.
It is necessary to choose time convenient for the recipient, in which flower or gift order
will be deliver to the recipient.
If telephone number does not respond, we shall call later each 2 hours and
our courier will visit the recipient to the address specified by the customer
for a case when the phone does not work.
If the recipient's address is incomplete or does not include phone numbers,
we shall generally attempt to contact the recipient via telegram prior to delivery.
In this case we shall ask the further instructions from you.
We shall use all opportunities to find the recipient.
If within 3 days we do not find the recipient, we shall contact to you
by email and to ask additional instructions.
We shall use the best efforts that the recipient will receive flower or gift order!

Q. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered.
A. You will receive an automatic reply when you place an order,
and a personal reply when your order has been delivered.
